It is with great pleasure that I am writing this recommendation in support of my colleague, Desiree Goodman. I have known Desiree since 2005 ‐ in which we embarked on this amazing journey, working on extremely detailed real estate transactions. Desiree distinguished herself immediately and was most filled with passion, enthusiasm, and excitement about the work at hand. My initial impression of her did not abate as the year progressed. Desiree is top amongst her peers and being critically open‐minded about expanding the parameters of her thinking. She is always an active and engaged in participation, and is extremely well researched, and presented.
One of Desiree’s main interest that impresses me is; the pursuit of happiness for herself, her family and her clients for which she follows this belief daily. She is actively engaged in community activities, in which she has been involved in outreach programs. These activities have allowed her to demonstrate and refine skills that will benefit the community.
I am honored to work with Desiree so closely. There is no other person I can think of from my twenty plus years of hiring, teaching and mentoring who has had such a varied and productive career ‐‐ both in and out of the office ‐‐ as Desiree. She is an exceptional professional and a person who has earned recognition for her achievements, her commitment to others, and her service to many communities. Her cooperative spirit, her compassion for the well‐being of all, and her flexible leadership style make her an outstanding leader who is destined for significant accomplishments in work and beyond.
