It’s with pleasure that I speak about Desiree Goodman as an escrow officer. I’ve been doing escrows with her for nearly as long as I have been a realtor—16 years. She is good at what she does and her assistants, especially in recent years, seem to reflect her same skills in terms of responsive customer service, serenity and knowledge.
What makes Desiree a superior escrow officer is that she is capable of being inventive, finding at times a solution that actually can help a realtor. It’s so true that during the course of escrow, many issues arise that can cause the revisiting of terms and conditions or opening up re-negotiations. Desiree has provided excellent input on such occasions.
Secondly, my own clients who’ve met her, some of whom have been difficult personalities, have been well pleased with Desiree’s people skills. I myself enjoy working with her because she is more dynamic and human than other escrow people I’ve worked with. Based on the abovementioned, doing an escrow with Desiree can be enjoyable and, in my mind, that’s value added.
